I’m writing to appeal the suspension of my Amazon Seller account. I understand that I have made mistakes in my business and consequently hurt Amazon’s customers.

I understand that the main factors regarding the suspension of my selling privileges were the authenticity of my items, the incompleteness of my items and the accuracy of my descriptions. My goal is to satisfy every single one of Amazon’s customers. It is apparent that, prior to my suspension, my process in place was not entirely sufficient. I take complete responsibility for this and I’m sorry for the harm I caused the Amazon brand due to the poor experience these customers had with my products. I value the privilege to be able to sell on Amazon and I’m committed to ensuring that Amazon’s customers are completely satisfied.
I understand that the main factors that need addressing are authenticity of my items, the incompleteness of my items and the accuracy of my descriptions. My goal is to satisfy every single one of Amazon’s customers. Looking at past performance notifications as well as my suspension letter, I see that the following ASINs have caused issues: ASIN1 ASIN2 ASIN3 and ASIN4.

In my suspension notice, it did not specify which item received which complaint, so I will address each quality issue that Amazon has received complaints about regarding my items.
Inauthentic (bolded) - I did receive a performance notification on 6/4/15 regarding an inauthenticity complaint for the following ASIN: ASIN2. This item was purchased from a private seller and on 6/4/15, I contacted this seller and informed them I would not be buying from them again.

Incomplete Item, Not as advertised and Used Item sold as new (bolded) - these complaints all pertain to an inaccurate description of the item and consequently, customers expectations were not met. Due the nature of the items, I suspect that the items may have been damaged during shipping, which caused the item to not be as the customer expected it; in addition, it is my fault for not ensuring that my product 100% matched the Amazon product page.

To start, I will purchase inventory only from authorized distributors and manufacturers. This will ensure that Amazon’s customers are receiving legitable, authentic goods and gives me, the seller, proof of the authenticity of my items. I want Amazon’s customers to be completely satisfied and purchasing quality merchandise from legitimate suppliers will ensure that they are satisfied.
I will evaluate all my current inventory to confirm that it is all from authorized distributors and manufacturers, and will implement an additional procedure to verify these items going forward.
Regarding the accuracy of my descriptions and listings, going forward I will thoroughly inspect the product before listing to ensure that it meets Amazon’s condition guidelines and I will compare the product to the Amazon listing to ensure that the product exactly matches the picture and description. In the case of new items, I will ensure that the factory seal is still in place.

In addition, in the event of a negative feedback or customer complaint of an item, I will create a removal order for all my inventory of that ASIN and perform an in-depth quality check (as outlined above) to ensure that the rest of my inventory of that ASIN meets Amazon’s quality standards. If the items are found to be fit for sale on Amazon and in accordance with all of Amazon’s policies, the item will be sent back to Amazon’s warehouse. But, if the item is found to not meet Amazon’s quality guidelines, that item will not be sold on Amazon. I will also create a removal order for an ASIN if a return is processed due to “not as described” or “wrong item”.
