Hepatosplenic T-cell lymphoma, aB type. The red pulp of the spleen shows an extensive atypical lymphoid infiltrate within the cords and sinuses. The tumor cells express CD3, CD56, and TCR-B (BF1), but are negative for CD4 and CD8.
