Cursing is allowed. Any form of racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, and/or hate speech is not tolerated. This includes your Minecraft skin, your username, chat messages, private messages (whispers), written books, signs, name tags and builds.

You are responsible for your account and IP
Spawn guidelines
You are responsible for anything that your account or IP does on this server. If you let someone borrow your account and they break the rules, your account can still be banned.
Spawn should be a safe place for players. Lava buckets will automatically be taken away in spawn. No scamming is allowed in the spawn trading post, this will be enforced by staff. If a player refuses to refund or return the scammed items, they will be banned.
Accounts from public sites/lists will be banned

Accounts found on public sites/lists like MCLeaks are deemed to be stolen or compromised in some way. If you login with one, both the account and IP will be banned.
Any activities performed using your account or IP, including breaking server rules that results in a ban, are your responsibility, even if someone else did so. Any accounts that are found on public sites or lists such as MCLeaks, which are deemed compromised or stolen, will be banned along with their IP. Any account name changes that is renamed to a previously banned account will result in an automatic ban.

Multi-dimensional farms are a server owner’s worst nightmare. Any farm that uses portals cause massive chunk corruptions and crash the server. Don't make them.

It's up to you whether or not you make or accept teleport requests. Use the TPA system at your own risk, make sure you trust the players you are teleporting to. If killed and/or your base gets destroyed, its your fault.

Spawn Border Shenanigans
Spawn should be a safe place for players, its expected they are able to idle without fear of being killed. Players are not to use glitches or other methods (ex. fishing rods) to push/pull/kill players in the core of spawn (< 100 blocks) That being said, any PVP just inside/outside/near spawn protection borders is free game.
No Scamming In the Trading Post
The trading post is meant to be a safe place for players to trade items without fear of getting scammed. Until the trading post is complete in the new map, spawn will be covered by the no scamming rule.
Using a banned name will get you banned
If you changed your account name to a banned name, your account will automatically be banned.

Due to the majority of bots that use VPN's, we have decided to ban all VPN's from our server. It is possible for false positives, if you have been banned for VPN you can appeal on the forums and we will unban you as quick as possible.
